1. Promoter Details
This Art Union is conducted by Dubbo Motorcyclist and Drivers Club Incorporated, the
organising body behind Dubbo Motorfest 2025, and is an incorporated association
registered in New South Wales.
This raffle is authorised under NSW Authority Number: GOCAU/2616, issued by NSW Fair
Trading, in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 and the Community Gaming
Regulation 2020.


2. Authority and Compliance
This Art Union is conducted under the authority issued by NSW Fair Trading and is
governed by the requirements of the Community Gaming Act 2018 and the Community
Gaming Regulation 2020.


3. Prize
The single prize consists of:
- One (1) 2025 Harley Davidson Breakout motorcycle
- Red in colour
- Stock standard model with no modifications or accessories
- Valued at AUD $39,745.00
- Note: This prize does not include registration or on-road costs
No cash or alternative prizes will be offered.


4. Raffle Period
- Commencement Date: 1 May 2025
- Draw Date: 30 August 2025 at approximately 2:30 PM
- Draw Location: On site at Dubbo Motorfest 2025, Dubbo, NSW


5. Ticketing
- Tickets are priced at $50.00 each
- A maximum of 1,200 tickets will be sold
- Tickets are available exclusively via RaffleTix (online platform).
- A direct link to the raffle will be published on Dubbo Motorfest’s official website and social
media platforms.


6. Entry Restrictions
- No member of the Dubbo Motorfest Committee, or any person involved in the conduct of
the raffle, may purchase a ticket or claim the prize on behalf of another person.
- Entrants must provide valid contact details (phone and/or email). Optional provision of a
next of kin contact is encouraged.


7. Determination of Winner
- The draw will be conducted electronically using the RaffleTix platform’s random draw
feature.
- All valid ticket entries will be included.
- The draw will be witnessed by at least one independent party.


8. Notification of Winner
- If the winner is present at the draw, they may claim the prize on-site.
- If not present, the winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days.
- The winning ticket number and winner’s first name and suburb will be published on:
- The Dubbo Motorfest Facebook page
- The Dubbo Motorfest website


9. Prize Collection
- The prize may be collected on the day if the winner is present.
- If not, the winner must arrange collection directly with the organiser at a mutually agreed
time and location.
- The prize must be claimed within 30 days of the draw date.


10. Unclaimed Prize
- If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days, the promoter will attempt to contact
the nominated next of kin, if provided, to transfer the prize.
- If this is not possible, the matter will be referred to NSW Fair Trading for direction.
- No redraw is planned or intended.


11. Use of Funds
All funds raised will be distributed in full to Dubbo Motorfest 2025 beneficiaries, supporting
charitable and community-based causes.


12. Record Keeping & Reporting
Dubbo Motorcyclist and Drivers Club Incorporated will maintain accurate records of ticket
sales, income, expenditure, and prize distribution for a minimum of 7 years, in accordance
with NSW community gaming legislation.


13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or complaints relating to this raffle should be submitted in writing to the
Dubbo Motorcyclist and Drivers Club Incorporated via email at [insert email].
Disputes will be reviewed by a designated subcommittee independent of the raffle draw
process. A written response will be provided within 10 working days.
If the matter remains unresolved, participants may refer the complaint to NSW Fair Trading
for further review.
