Strictly no persons under 18 years of age permitted.

Dress standard: Smart casual minimum applies. Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person deemed intoxicated, disorderly or inappropriately dressed.

No external food or beverages permitted.

Patrons must comply with all venue directions, security requirements and RSA regulations at all times.

The event program, guest appearances and entertainment schedule may be subject to change without notice.

Photography and videography will occur throughout the evening. By attending, guests acknowledge and consent to the use of event imagery for promotional and marketing purposes associated with Dubbo Motorfest and associated partners.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered unsafe, offensive, disruptive or non-compliant with venue or event requirements.

In the event of cancellation, postponement or changes caused by circumstances beyond the organisers’ control, including but not limited to weather events, venue restrictions, government directives or force majeure, organisers reserve the right to amend the event format, reschedule the event or offer alternative arrangements at their discretion.
